  1. The cover of The Taker captures my interest – I like looking at it.

My most anticipated 2011 released book – I have two but probably the most, most anticipated was…
Outlander – 20th anniversary edition by Diana Gabaldon
A Dance with Dragons by George R.R. Martin

  2. I still have “Kiss of Snow” by Nalini Singh topping my list.

  3. Love the cover of this book.

My most anticipated book was Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly, it is also one of my favorites.

  4. Congrats and Kudos to ReviewsbyLola for her win. My favorite novel in 2011 is Vaclav and Lena by Haley Tanner. I have read this book twice and I found it to be amazing.

  5. I had the opposite experience. I pretty much loved the Postmistress (except for a couple of complaints) but after a discussion with my book club, I ended up liking it somewhat less. Funny that.

(no need to enter me in the giveaway — I have a copy (unread as of yet))

  6. WTG winner!

My most keen read of 2011 would be The Map of Time – Felix J. Palma. which I was able to read and review already.

  7. For me it is In the Sea There are Crocodiles-I am a huge memoir fan-in fact I have a giveaway going on for it currently.

  8. I was really looking forward to Beauty Queens by Libba Bray.

I was underwhelmed by The Postmistress too so I wish I could have been present for your discussion of it!

  11. Right now my top book for 2011 that I am looking forward to is Cocktail Hour Under the Tree of Forgivbess. Alexandra Fuller is coming to a local library to speak and I cannot wait! Another good one yet to be released is the fourh book in the Eragon series Inheritance by Christopher Paolini. Good luck everyone in the giveaway!!

  12. I still need to get Raising Stony Mayhall by Daryl Gregory. I loved his first two books so I’m sure I’ll love this one as well. I just came out in July.

  13. I was very much looking forward to Robopocalypse by Daniel Wilson. It was good, but I was a little disappointed with it.

    Thanks for another giveaway!

  18. I am really excited with The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer by Michelle Hodkin. Just 13 more days! Been hearing a lot about it an the blurb is pretty cryptic and interesting. 😉
