Listing 45 Power Ingredients, Meatless All Day is the right cook book for the ages. With more and more people going vegetarian, and many eating at least one or two vegetarian meals a week, it is good to have go to recipes that are not only meatless but tasty!
I find as I get older (did I just say that?) I enjoy having meatless meals a few times a week. Perhaps as my palate has refined (HA!) I enjoy the textures and tastes more of pasta’s loaded with vegetables, big meaty mushrooms, egg dishes…
In Meatless All Day I found many mouth-watering dishes I am anxious to try. The book is laid out nicely with pictures and recipes with ingredients I can easily obtain. As I read this book while I was on vacation I can not wait to experiment with some of these mouth-watering recipes!

this looks really good – my little sister is a vegetarian and I’m always looking for fun cookbooks to get her
Sounds like a good book to own.

Sounds intriguing! I’m trying to have more meatless meals and am always looking for resources. I’ll have to look and see if my library has this one.
This sounds like a great cookbook, Sheila! We don’t eat a lot of meat, and have Meatless Mondays–I’ll bet I could find a few enticing recipes to try in here.
I LOVE meatless meals.
I found a bean recipe that I love. It is called: Southwestern Bean Salsa. Not sure why it is called Salsa but it is GOOD.
ENJOY your evening.

I’m not much of a meat eater so this cookbook appeals to me.
I loved this one. I reviewed it on the blog last year. I’m a vegetarian so always on the look out for yummy veggie ideas. I made the ALT sandwich and holy cow it was amazing. Hope you enjoy the recipes!
This looks good! It’s always nice to have a few meatless dinners every week.
Just over the past couple of weeks, I’ve started trying to have meatless dinners on the nights my husband is working late or out of town (if I served him a meatless meal, he’s ask “where’s the food?”). It usually consists of a veggie or salad and some scrambled eggs. I’m kind of liking the new routine and need to check out this cookbook!
Taunton is a reliable source. We eat vegetarian about every other night. I might need to check this out for some new idea.
You brought a cookbook for vacation reading? I never thought of that, but what a good way to just be able to browse through the book without having to make shopping lists and meal plans and then feeling guilty for not following through! We used to eat several vegetarian meals a week, and we’re getting back to it more these days. 😉
This sounds like a great book for those who are participating in Meatless Mondays.
I should check this one out. We are trying to eat one meatless meal a week. I could always use of ideas!
I like going meatless at least once a week.
I’m with you, find I want/crave more meatless meals as I “mature” 🙂
My 14 year old is vegetarian and so we try and have some family vegetarian meals to support him, even though my husband and I aren’t vegetarian. Sometimes I just adapt our regular meals with vegetarian ingredients, but sometimes it’s nice to try something new too. This sounds good.
