Have you heard the news! I am so excited to hear about Michelle Moran’s book Nefertiti being announced as Target’s Book Club pick!
Can you handle any more exciting news? Good! Here it is!
Michelle is going to stop by here in just a few hours to talk about her writing and about what it feels like to be a book club pick! Michelle does all the traveling and exploring that I wish I could do! She is such an inspiration. She is also going to offer a signed copy of this book to be given away! I am so excited to have her and hope you will all stop back and make her feel welcome!

How exciting Sheila! I can’t wait to see what she has to say! Congrats on such a great guest post!
Thanks Regan! I really enjoy talking with the authors. Still oping to write someday myself, I am so inspired by their stories.
Eeee! So exciting! I’m such a huge fan of hers!
Good Lydia – she does not disappoint – it is a great interview.
Very excited. You know what ,I put up my review of The Heretic Queen on my blog just a few hours back. She is a awesome author ..
I have to read the Heretics Queen! I cant believe I have waited this long!
That is one interview I am interested in-I like her work a lot.
Oh good Esme! 🙂
I will definitely stop back today and see what’s going on!
I receive Moran’s newletter and had heard this news already. I wanted to share, however, that in this week’s Target ad, they have Nefertiti advertised at $10! That would be through Saturday 1/16. A great price for a trade size book, yes? I admit I picked it up earlier this week because I so enjoyed Cleopatra’s Daughter and really wanted to support her endeavors! Can’t wait to read it.
Julie I am going to go pick up her book at Target!
I will definitely be back by here today. I loved Cleopatra’s Daughter and I’m hoping to get this one read as well.
I loved Cleopatra’s Daughter too Zia!
Sounds interesting. I look forward to the interview with Michelle. I’ll have to check it out here later!
Thanks Melissa – we will see you later than. 🙂
Can you believe I’ve never read any of Moran’s books? After all of the raving on the webisphere? I know–it’s terrible, especially since I love historical fiction. I need to remedy this soon–maybe next trip to Target 🙂
I loved Cleopatra’s Daughter and I willbe picking her new one up at Target. 🙂
Totally exciting! I’ll be checking out your Author Chat next!
Cool Laurel!
Should be an interesting visit.
