Thanks to J Kaye’s Book Blog, I have a bit of organization each week when I report in to what I have read and what I plan to read. This is loads of fun and fun to see what everyone else is reading as well! Feel free to write your own post about what you are reading and be sure to link it to J Kayes Blog linky so others can peek in on your books as well! 🙂
I feel like I am on a treadmill….. going going going ….. nowhere. 🙂 I have quite a few reviews ready to go from the books I read while in Honduras but am trying to stagger them out to one or no more than two, book reviews a day on the blog so each can get wonderful coverage.
For this last week I read:
Marriage 101 by Jewell R. Powell (with a chance to win a date night package!)
Love Has A Face by Michelle Perry
The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls
White Picket Fences by Susan Meissner (this one has a giveaway!)
Jantsen’s Gift by Pam Cope (also with giveaway and I read this one two weeks ago in Honduras… just didnt get review up until last week)
The Magic Warble by Victoria Simcox
Leaving Carolina by Tamara Leigh
What Matters Most by Melody Carlson
(The last three were all read in Honduras and on the plane the previous week and reviewed this week)
For this week I have three and one audio:
The Secret of Joy by Melissa Senate – I am finishing it up tonight for the tour tomorrow!
Behold The Dawn by K.M. Weiland – yes! Our very own blogger and twitter friend K.M…. I want tot start this one in the next couple of days!
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins – uh huh… I am that girl… so late on reading this book and purchased it this past weekend. I plan to be into this one over the weekend
The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold is in my cd player and what I am listening to when I relax in the evenings and blog surf.
So… I am reading. No doubt about that. I am organizing my book shelves currently as in today and have many reviews to still write so never a dull moment around here.

Oh my gosh! You had a rocking great week!
I did do better than I thought I had once posted them : )
WHEN do you SLEEP?? Wow your so busy and able to read so much, thats awesome. Well good luck with this week, hope its successful! You’ve got some great books.
Natalie :0)
LOL – no small children at home and a hubby that goes to work at 5 am and is bed about 8:30 pm. I am usually up until midnight or 1:00 and I read then 🙂
I’m still behind in reviews, too, after being sick. We’ll catch up eventually!
You’ll love The Hunger Games! Believe it or not, I’ve never read The Lovely Bones. is it good on audio? And how on earth do you read blogs and listen to a book at the same time? I think I’d miss too much!
Sue
Hi Sue, I am not really sure I like The Lovely Bones and I am not sure if it is because of the audio or not. Seems like it goes on and on…. I am not sure at this point. 🙂
I am usually just blog surfing when I am listening to an audio, kind of relaxing and answering emails too. 🙂
Right now I am listening to it while I am cooking dinner.
Dang you got a lot read last week! I am also that girl who hasn’t read Hunger Games yet. It is waiting patiently for me to get to it but my darn TBR pile just keeps growing lol.
LOL Zia… I have that “opportunity” as well with the TBR pile but I decided I had to pull it out… there are some books I need to move forward on and this is one of them 🙂 I feel like I am missing out.
So fun seeing Behold the Dawn in TBR piles!
It just arrived today! I am excited too! Hope your tour is doing well! 🙂
Hunger Games ..I am sure you will love reading it. I just can’t wait anymore as my library’s Catching Fire hasn’t arrived. Hope I can read it soon. You have a great line up for this week
HI docshona… I am so ready to get into this book, I feel like everyone has read it but me. 🙂

I just tried to post a comment on your blog and your word verification is not fully loading….
WOW!!! You have been very busy. I know airports and planes are the perfect time to read with having to be there hours before hand. Great list of books read.
Looks like a great list of books to read. I hope you really enjoy Hunger Games. I have loved both the books very much. I can not wait till book three comes out next year.
Happy reading!
Hey Melissa – yes, my carry on always has about 6 books. My friends think I am crazy to bring that many books but I have been out of the country before and ran out of books to read…. I dont want to do that again. 🙂
I didnt even know there was a book 3! Now I am even more excited!
Wow! There are some good reads. Good to find your blog, I am really liking it here!

Happy reading!
Thans Teddyree the more I hear about Hunger Games I am so curious to dive into it – this is probably a book I would have never considered without all the talk about it on the blogs…. now I cant wait!
Didn’t you love The Glass Castle? It is one of my favorites.
