Good morning! It is Halloween week! I have some reviews I have been saving for such a time as this! I will be in Florida for Halloween this year, not so much of a plan .. but who knows 🙂 I am excited to spend time with Justin (College Son). This is our third annual trip.
Bookish news… I am reading this dark road to mercy by Wiley Cash for our bonus book club read from Harper Collins. I will not be here for book club this month (hate that!) so will want to email in my thoughts on this book, and our regular read, The Aviator’s Wife.

Looking forward to your review of The Aviator’s Wife – looks like my kind of book. I’m currently reading The Homecoming of Samuel Lake for pleasure. Loving it so far, and wishing the description had been more accurate as I’d probably have gotten to it earlier. Although some of the elements are sad, the book is much lighter in tone than I’d expected. And I’m reading a fun cozy for work, Murderous Muffins by Lois Lavrisa.
I have heard such good things about that book. I have it, just have not got to it yet! The Muffin one sounds funny 🙂

Finally, FINALLY back to some reading. I started Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman yesterday. Very interesting so far. I’ve read several of his and still am not sure about him, but I’m giving this one a try. Enjoy Florida. I’m hopefully going down with some friends after Christmas. Travel Safe!
