Last weekend I went with fellow Bookie and awesome friend Amy to the Muckfest in Wisconsin. This is an annual mud run to raise money for MS… my 3rd time doing this one, her second. We brought with us two rookies…. Jennifer and Jody who did MARVELOUS!

Looks like you all had a great time. I did a mud run once but haven’t done one since. Maybe one day I will do another one. The one you did looks like it is a great course.

They really do a great job – there were 20 obstacles in this 5k course, I did not get pics of them all. I have done several mud runs and not all are created equal 🙂 This is a great course!

Our run had over 2,000 people and I believe they raised a little over $20,000
Looks so fun! My son and DIL do any kind of run they can find in our area. His favorite so far is the Tough Mudder.
They are so fun and its exercise 🙂 The Tough Mudder scares me a bit – is that the one with the electric wires? I am working my way up to that one 😉

You’re such a physically active person, Sheila! I’m sure it’s what helps with the stamina 🙂 Those nets remind me of Sesame Place! I miss going, but my son outgrew it about 18 years ago, so have to wait for the grandkids to come along 🙂 Of course, my fibro made climbing difficult (though one year it wasn’t too bad!), but I loved those nets! Great stuff, Sheila 🙂
I guess they are like boot camp nets – the one where we are on top is awesome as while we are crawling over the top people are going through it underneath…. its like a bunch of ants! 😀
