I read your blog everyday. I would like to win this to share with my sons who a couple yrs ago took a civil rights tour with their class and visited historic sites in AL, MISS<, and Atlanta and studied this for months. To hear this would be awesome.Thank you in advance.

Dr King is one of my earliest memories. My dad taught Current Events in high school so every evening he watched the CBS Evening News with Walter Cronkite. I was a daddy’s girl so even at the very young age I was then, I would sit and watch the news with him. I have vivid memories to this day of Dr. King speaking, the Watts riots, and the Vietnam War.

I work at a small NE TN library. I do programs for both adults and children. This would be a good resource. My grandson is being home schooled, so I could use this with him for history.
I is also a topic I am interested in. I was in college when Dr. King was active and then assassinated.

I love reading and listening to inspiring speeches, ones that made a difference, will continue to make a difference as well as when I hear them some just affect me in a way sending shivers down my spine. I love listening to things such as this as it encourages me to be a better person too
