Snow

I cant remember having snow this early before.  I am kind of just fighting the urge to turn around and go back to bed and see if it is all just some sort of wild dream.  Yet … with Coffee Cup in hand… I stare out the window and know it is all too real.

This morning I am off to Breezy Point (about 20 miles) to set up for our Missions Banquet that takes place tonight.  We have a great Silent Auction this year with a Spa Package, A golf package, and we also have tickets “on the glass” to different Wild games.  Should be fun!  If I have time I have a post coming up yet today about books and covers….  I will be interested in hearing from readers about that.

Have a great day – stay warm wherever you are!

  1. You have got to be kidding me!!!!! I am sooooo not ready for snow, winter, I am not even ready for temps below 60, lol!
But I suppose it’s going to come sooner rather than later 😦

  2. There was snow on the ground here when we woke up, too; and now it’s snowing again — even some very fluffy flakes! I’m kind of excited about it; we just moved here from the South, and it basically never snowed there (and I missed having a real winter).

  3. I know that snow can be problematic, but since we NEVER get snow here—well, only once in a blue moon!—so I see its beauty.

    Great pix!

Good luck with all your chores. Looking forward to your post.

  4. I know right! It is AWFUL – but I love the snow, so I’m not too upset! I can’t believe you got THAT much snow! We had a little bit of it stick – but nothing layered! Crazy!

  5. I’m so jealous! I love the snow and, living in Georgia, I never see it! I’m originally from IL and adjusting to life in the south has not been easy on me!

    Beautiful pictures!
