This is hosted by An Adventure in Reading
I am in Abbeville with George Bailey. Don’t laugh… that really is his name. His mother had a weakness for It’s A Wonderful Life. We are at George’s grandpa’s home… a home that George never thought as an adult that he would spend another night in – or want to. Yet here we are, looking at the old bookcase that used to hold such treasures as Zane Grey’s Stories For Boys, sea tales, a copy of Dale Carnegie and The Robe, a number of Bibles, including one inscribed in German in 1851 by one of Grandpa’s forebears, and more. Now, the old books were gone.

I love how these posts read … especially if they are a romance book with a hot guy — it would be fun to write that. “I’m in a country inn with Brad Pitt” for instance might be fun! : )
LOL Jenners…. I havent read that one yet… that would be funny! “I am currently in the hot tub with Vin Diesel…” LOL
This sounds great. Why did he think he would never spend another night here? And where did all the books go?
This sounds like a great place to be with lots of questions. Makes you want to read more.
I did the Teaser this week. Next week I will do Where are you?. I like rotating between both of these posts. Both are great ways to get out to everyone the book your reading.
If you would like to stop by…

Hey Melissa – no kidding! I dont know any of the answers yet – LOL…. I am just starting the book and it has this sort of secretive beginning. You asked the same questions I am having… It is weird as I have been in YA mode and now switching to a more serious type read is a bit of a culture shock!
Yeah, I’ve been switching between YA and Adult books here too. But I am enjoying the different speeds and styles very much.
I am looking forward to your review on this book. Sounds like you are off to a great start in the book. I love lots of questions… well as long as I get my answers too. lol.
I was going to ask the same questions Melissa asked. 🙂
Sorry for taking the questions:( Go ahead and ask anyway. lol.
Sounds like a wonderful place to be!
