So there’s a blast from the past. SO excited to be reading “Australian Gothic” by PS Clinen whose book Tenebrae Manor was so good a few years back. It will be out in October.And another book coming out in October is Lou Wilham’s A Hex to Remember.
On a non fiction theology kick these days with Zach Lambert’s Better Ways to Read the Bible . Also Anthea Dixon’s, Loneliness Files. And just picked up a new translation of The Aeneid by Virgil . I won a copy of Princess Joy L. Perry’s This Here is Love, historical fiction on slavery which I am part way through. I am excited to dig into Samuel DenHartog’s Sorcerer’s Key which has me as one of the characters .
and….I have Molly Jong-Fast’s How to Lose Your Mother and Elizabeth Gilbert’s new book drops tomorrow!

I love that you did a video for your post. It was fun to watch. I love Elin Hilderbrand. I didn’t realize she stopped writing. I’m way behind on her books, but now you have me wanting to play catch up. I always thought she had some wonderful beach reads, plus a few winter ones too. I, also, enjoy the psychological thriller genre and you talked about a couple that sound really good to me. I’ll add them to my list.
Right now I’m enjoying Martha’s Vineyard Beach and Book Club and loving every minute of it.

Elin is such a great writer – Swan Song was her final ( at least for now… you know how that goes lol) – many of her books are on my shelves – you never know when a re-read is due 🙂

The Hail Mary on audio is very good for sure. I am looking forward to The Academy. I haven’t read a whole lot of Elin Hildebrand but this one sounds interesting.
